On Saturday, April 7, new ‘A’ teepad signs were installed at Santa Cruz River Park Disc Golf Course by a determined group of TDGC members led by course pro Ben Vosper.

Many thanks to the 20+ members who showed up and those who donated to the hardware needed to build and install the signs. Besides installing the signs, crews moved some benches to better locations and created a permanent long position for Hole 9. Next at Santa Cruz, the TDGC will focus on teepad restoration and installation of ‘B’ course signs as they become available.

COURSE NOTE: As part of the changes, Hole 10’s former ‘B’ pad has become the ‘A’ pad and the former ‘C’ pad beyond the softball centerfield fence is now the Hole 10 ‘B’ teepad (it will soon be re-oriented to point to 10). The former Hole 10 ‘A’ pad is now the drop zone if you fail to clear the OB softball field (throwing 3 from there).

Is the mando on hole #10 in play for the new location of the A pad? I know it was for the B’s, wondering if it’s kept for the new A location.

Also LOVE the new basket for hole #9…
